Ms. Jennifer Laurence was pleased to be a featured participant for the second year in a row at the Estate Management Network Conference 2025, held this year at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles. The theme, “The Resilient Estate: Building a Playbook for Emergency Response and Recovery,” brought together industry leaders to explore forward-thinking strategies for navigating disruption and strengthening estate operations.
As a recognized expert in estate operations and organizational leadership, Ms. Laurence served as a Learning Lab Mentor, offering hands-on consulting and peer-to-peer mentorship in a collaborative space designed to foster open dialogue, operational insight, and professional growth. Alongside her colleagues in the consulting and fractional management space, she supported estate managers in tackling real-world challenges through strategic guidance and practical frameworks.
Ms. Laurence also featured her original white paper, “Choosing and Empowering the Right Team for Crisis Management Success in Estate Management,” which is now available for download on the Luxury Lifestyle Logistics website. The paper outlines key principles for building and sustaining high-performing teams capable of navigating emergency situations in complex private estate environments.
